I'm pretty sure there is a rather large contengent of old farang men living in Isaan (the northeast) although that is all speculation. I've never been to Isaan so I can't say for sure.

But I don't think there are that many farang up there. I would think that if a farang married someone from Isaan, they usually live in Bangkok, no?
