The probable reason that they are as wealthy as they are, is the people who they employ beneath them, at the "coal face" is probably through providing poor and barely liveble wages ie: average Thai wages for a
thai worker from my observation is between 5,ooo and 8000bt. per month!how does one live on that?my friend works a night shift job and makes 4,000baht a month and has not had a rise in four years!he's a very nice fellow has a wife and three children.He is forced to sell icecreams through the day to make extra money.That to anyone that has a sense of right or wrong example a"conscience" is disgusting and yes I do send him money so that they won't starve and I would assume that there are millions like him but that's I suppose is another example of the classic "self interest" ruling "priviledged"or really, should we say "the asian mentallity"as much as I like and care for my friend, I know that if the tables were"turned" he'd be doing it to you.Sometimes when I look at Thailand I just wan'na cry
